Experimental Music Expo
EME takes place in Gothenburg during three full days on October 18-20th as part of the 2022 edition of the GAS Festival.
During the 2022 edition of the GAS Festival we are trying a new way of working with the festival content. We are therefore launching the showcase concept EME – Experimental Music Expo.
EME is about presenting established and un-established experimental artists and ensembles in a smaller format, for initiated industry professionals as well as for the general public. Think of it as an informal trade fair for experimental music in the widest sense of the word.
It’s about showcasing musicians and composers and to create an opportunity for artists and industry professionals to meet and experience sounding art, network and make new connections. It is also an opportunity to meet the two of the three international curators for GAS 2022 – Joost Fonteyne (BE) and Cathie Boyd (UK).
EME takes place in Gothenburg during three full days on October 18-20th as part of the 2022 edition of the GAS Festival. The full program for EME 2022 consists of 14 artists and ensembles and will be announced during spring.
