The EME artists!

We are stoked to finally be able to share some of the artists that make up the 2022 edition of Göteborg Art Sounds. And we figured what better way to launch this than to present the artists from our new showcase concept Experimental Music Expo (EME).

The EME showcase features fourteen artists and ensembles from fifteen countries. The showcase itself is embedded into the regular festival program and takes place from October 18-20 at four different venues located around Stigbergstorget in Gothenburg.

About EME

EME is about presenting established and un-established experimental artists and ensembles in a smaller format, for initiated industry professionals as well as for the general public. Think of it as an informal trade fair for experimental music in the widest sense of the word.

It’s about showcasing musicians and composers and to create an opportunity for artists and industry professionals to meet and experience sounding art, network and make new connections.

Tickets

In order to make these days as accessible for as many people as possible, we’ve decided to keep tickets cost to a minimum. This means that several of the concerts are free of charge, and for the other concerts a 1-day ticket costs between 80-140 sek and a 2-day ticket just 140-240 sek! You can read more about the specifics here.
